Unit Tracking

Enjoy convenient and fast access to your inventory and service records.

Whether you own one, five, or 50 Stormceptor® units, Minotaur will provide you with a customized inventory and service record. For owners with multiple units, the inventory list and service record can be a highly welcome, value-added service. To meet the demands of regulatory agency requests, as well as those of internal maintenance scheduling, you can effortlessly obtain the required data, confident that it is current, accurate and complete.

If a Stormceptor® unit is not inspected, you will not know when it needs to be serviced. If it isn't serviced, it may eventually cease to perform the environmental function for which it was selected, and you risk a discharge and the subsequent liabilities involved.

Scheduled inspections fulfill your obligations in the environmental section of your site plan / subdivision agreement. (i.e. Ministry of the Environment Certificate of Approval).

Inspections by qualified Minotaur specialists will both ensure that your program is cost-effective and reduce your risk of discharge. Typically, one site inspection every six months for a minimum of three years will provide the data necessary to establish a maintenance program based on need.

Inspections are supported by printed reports acceptable for ISO approval, site plan agreements and "sign offs" for reductions or releases of holds.
